"Last month we asked "**Do you use all of your allotted vacation**?"

1. Yes all of it. It's vital to my mental and physical well being. -  49%  
 2. Yes, but I frequently "check in". - 23%  
 3. About 50% most years. - 16%  
 4. No. I can't afford to take time off - I'm just too busy. - 7%  
 5. Our company culture is "get it done" regardless of "vacations" - 5%
